You are kindly invited to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Toprak Panorama, which will be held as follows:

📅 Date: Saturday, June 28th, 2025
🕒 Time: 14:00 (2:00 PM)
📋 Meeting Agenda
The meeting will follow the agenda below. Please note that certain items will have time limits to ensure the meeting progresses efficiently. Items without time limits are considered formalities:
- Opening of the Meeting
- Registration of attendees
- Counting the number of votes present (including proxies)
- Election of the Meeting Committee
- Selection of:
• Meeting Chairman
• Meeting Secretary
• Vote Counter (if required)
- Selection of:
- Presentation and Voting on the Management Activity Report
- A review of activities carried out during the previous financial year
- Approval of the New Budget for 2025–2026
- Covering the period: July 2025 to June 2026
- Voting on the proposed maintenance fee payment schedule
- Election of the New Board and Auditor
- Selection of:
• Board Committee Members
• Auditor
• Reserve (backup) members
- Selection of:
- Wishes, Suggestions & Motions
- Open discussion for owners to present proposals or concerns
- Decision on Date for AGM 2026
- Closing of the Meeting
📌 Quorum Information
In accordance with our building regulations:
- The meeting will only proceed on June 28th if more than 51% of the ownership (minimum 49 votes) is present (including authorized attorneys/proxies).
- If this quorum is not met, the second meeting will be held on:
📅 Saturday, July 5th, 2025 at 🕒 14:00
– at the same location.
➤ No quorum is required for the second meeting. It will be held regardless of the number of participants.
