As part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining and improving the infrastructure at Toprak Panorama, we began a critical project during this financial period: the replacement of the main electricity cable, which had suffered severe damage due to burning.
🔌 Problem Identified:
Our technical team discovered that the existing main electrical cable was burned and no longer safe or functional. This posed a risk to the reliability and safety of our power system.
📍 Project Scope:
To ensure a safe and lasting solution, we initiated the process of replacing the entire main cable line. This involved:
Technical inspections and measurements by municipal officials and our site team.
Application to Alanya Municipality for permission to perform excavation work on the asphalt road for cable laying.
Preparing all required materials, including high-quality electric cable coils to ensure long-term durability.
🏗️ Current Status (as of June 2025):
The project is currently in progress. We have received confirmation of excavation approval, and preparations are underway for the digging and replacement work to begin shortly.

Completion aimed for within the summer period (weather and municipal scheduling permitting)
This essential upgrade will provide a more stable and secure power supply for all blocks in our complex and is one of the major technical works completed in the 2024–2025 fiscal year.
