With the warm season approaching, our team has been hard at work preparing Toprak Panorama for a vibrant, comfortable, and enjoyable summer for all residents and guests. Several small but important upgrades and maintenance tasks have been carried out across the site, as part of our annual summer readiness efforts.
🎨 Painting & Refurbishment
Fresh paint has been applied to outdoor structures, including garden railings and pergolas. Weather-resistant materials were used to ensure long-lasting aesthetics and protection from sun exposure and humidity.
🧵 Shade Canopies Installed
Our terrace areas are now equipped with newly mounted shade canopies, helping residents relax outdoors while staying protected from the intense Mediterranean sun.
🧱 Pathway Repair Work
Damaged stone pathways have been repaired and relaid, especially in areas with heavy foot traffic such as near the playground and garden paths. This ensures both safety and visual appeal.
🚰 Outdoor Fixtures Refreshed
Old or worn-out water fixtures and outdoor plumbing hardware have been replaced or painted to improve functionality and extend durability.
